1. The Outbid Formula
Every territory has a base claim price (starting at ₹199 to ₹2,999 depending on economic significance). Once claimed, any rival founder can outbid the territory by paying at least +15% or +₹100 over the current bid.

Existing rulers can raise their own bid at any time to make their territory harder to steal. When reinforcing an existing claim with the same email or handle, your bid updates automatically on the map.
3. 24-Hour Citadel Shield
When claiming or outbidding, founders can optionally enable a 24-Hour Citadel Shield for +₹199. During active shield mode, no one can outbid your territory regardless of their bid amount.
4. Fair Play & CIT Verification
Only legitimate Indian software products, D2C startups, dev tools, and businesses are allowed. Spam, gambling, or offensive URLs are automatically moderated and delisted without refund.
